The value of QuBitDEX stems not only from its technology, but from the shared effort of its participants. We believe that a truly vibrant decentralized platform must gradually open up decision-making, value contribution, and reward sharing to its community.

Currently, governance is spearheaded by QuBit LABS, with plans to progressively transition toward a DAO model that enables broader community participation and proposal rights.

QuBit LABS serves as the core coordinator of platform governance, driving consensus and development across the following areas:

• Designing and testing proposal mechanisms

• Defining voting models and weight structures

• Building governance portals and community communication channels

In the future, governance will gradually incorporate:

• Proposal rights for the community: Token or point holders will be able to submit proposals

• On-chain voting mechanisms: Vote weight will be based on staking or reputation metrics

• Decentralized execution paths: Operational parameters will increasingly be governed through on-chain decisions
