Leverage and Margin Mechanism

On QuBitDEX, you can choose your preferred leverage level for each perpetual contract — such as 2x, 5x, 10x, or even higher.

Instead of using your full capital, you only need to provide a portion of it as margin. The system calculates your maximum position size based on the leverage you set.

Example: If you use 200 USDT with 5x leverage, you can open a position worth 1,000 USDT.

The system continuously monitors your position:

• If the market moves in your favor, your gains are magnified by your leverage

• If the market moves against you, losses are also amplified

• Once your losses approach the margin threshold, a forced liquidation will be triggered to prevent further loss
